How We Do Business

 Our business philosophy is based on service and faithfulness. AES wants to serve our clients, and the electric power industry by adding value through reliable and affordable engineering services. To that end, we strive to be faithful to all of our obligations by only taking on work that we have capacity to support, and that can be completed on time. 

As a small company we have partnerships with other trusted engineering companies to work with or to refer our clients to when the scope of services exceeds our capacity. If we cannot support a project, or are not the right fit for the scope, we refer our clients to other resources. Our desire is for our clients to find the best solution to their needs even if those resources do not include AES.
